Nantong Virtue Textile LLC was founded in 2013 which is located at Nantong City of Jiangsu Province in China, it has 250 kilometers away from Shanghai airport, convenient for communicate with customers all of the world. We mainly produce Core spun (poly poly core spun®) polyester sewing thread and spun polyester sewing thread, the regular specs includes 20s/2, 28s/2, 30s/2, 30s/3, 40s/2, 40s/3, 50s/2, 50s/3, 60s/2, 60s/3(spun polyester series), and 13s/2, 16s/2, 28s/2, 36s/2, 40s/2, 45s/2, 50s/2, 60s/2(poly poly core spun® series).

Over 30,000 spindles
Amount of 300 tons output per-month
Our yarn factory produces spun polyester yarn, alias ring spun yarn, such as specs of 16s,21s,28s,30s,32s,40s,50s,60s are our routine products.
Daily output is 8-10 tons. All of the single yarn produced by own automatic winder as well as the high quality of knot-less & lower faults, we have won high praise from customer with high standards and high quality.
All of our polyester yarn steady made of 1.33dTex*38mm staple fiber (virgin class) which produced of Yizheng adn Sanfangxiang.
Dyeing Company
Customer can pick any series of our colour card book easily at any time, our dyeing workshop would be rapidly output the dyed cone.
In order to serve customers and improve purchase experience, in the condition of none colour in our colour card book could adapt customer’s needs, we can also customize the colours quickly.
T-F-O Workshop
We own the T-F-O workshop by ourself. Because of the best quality of knot-less technology, both of our spun polyester sewing thread and poly poly core spun polyester sewing thread are widely used in clothing, footwear, home, luggage, vehicles and other industries with domestic and foreign end-users.

Dyed Cone
Finally we output the dyed cone, the routine length contains 3,000 yds 5,000 yds and 8,000 yds, of course the length can be customized by according to customers’ requirement.
Plastic cones are usually used in size of 11.5 grams and 113 mm in length.
